Lifting and transporting heavy loads puts equipment and their engines under incredible stress. If wear and tear has taken a toll on your machinery, our Rebuild Facility can return your machine to its peak performance. We have four power train mechanics that are Caterpillar dealer trained and boast more than 80 years of combined experience working on Cat equipment and components. The power train mechanics rebuild all our transmissions, differentials, torques, and final drives.
Our Rebuild Facility features seven mechanic bays, including one dedicated bay for engine work and two bays for machining and welding experts. Of course, all machine shop and welding work is done in house. Our facility also features a transmission dyno for precisely measuring equipment, so we make sure every rebuilt transmission is tested with all pressures exactly calibrated for optimal performance.
